Hi, I’m Bailey Dryden, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Tennessee. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi and completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. My career began in rural community mental health, where I grew passionate about serving underserved populations. I see individuals of all ages starting at age five, with a particular love for working with teens and young adults.

I have experience treating ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD. While I believe medication can be an important tool, I also embrace holistic methods to support optimal mental wellness. My goal is to walk alongside you and help you reach a place where you feel confident, healthy, and like your true self. Outside of work, I love exercising, cooking, and spending time with my family (both fur and human!).
